What are your shipping options? We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more. We also offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options.

How long does it take to ship my order? Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.

Do you offer a return policy? Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on all orders. You can return your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returned ornaments must be in original condition and available for resell. 

Can I request personalization of my ornaments? Yes, we can paint on the outside of your ornaments names, birth dates, or small messages, according to your specifications, as long as it will fit within the art design. Please contact us for more information.

What are some tips for decorating with our ornaments? You can hang the ornaments on your Christmas tree, we have gold ornament hangers for display in a book case or hang them from window curtains.

What are some of the benefits of buying hand painted Christmas glass ornaments? These ornaments are hand painted on the inside of a hand blown glass bulb. The glass is light in weight but much more substantial than other figurine type ornaments. Therefore, they will last for many years making them a keep sake for years to come.
